By purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with our policies including Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Products

All products (Suit , Sarees & Other Type Fabric) are subject to availability.

• Colors, textures, and sizes of handcrafted products may vary slightly, as each item is unique.
• Customized products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our payment gateway.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability, payment failure).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with Delhivery and Shiprocket for logistics.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location. Delays due to courier partners are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Certain items (Suit , Sarees & other Fabrics) are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, artworks, logos, and product designs, are the property of Maaifab. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maaifab is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved first through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh, conducted in Hindi.

Subject to arbitration, the courts of Lucknow shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
