At Maaifab ,customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is carefully crafted, packed, and delivered with love. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy will guide you through the process.
1. Products Eligible for Return
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if you receive:
- A damaged product during delivery
- A wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- A product with a manufacturing defect
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any claim of damage, wrong product, or defect:
- The customer must share a clear uncut video recording of the opening/unboxing of the package within 48 hours of delivery.
- The video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, unsealing, and the product condition at the time of opening.
- Without videographic proof, no return, refund, or replacement request will be accepted.
3. Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partners (Delhivery/Shiprocket).
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items without the required unboxing video proof
6. Replacement Policy
All requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Approved orders will be processed and completed within 15 days.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
8. Damage & Defective Product Replacement Conditions
Replacement is applicable only for products received in damaged or defective condition.
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
An unboxing video and clear images of the damaged/defective product are compulsory for claim approval.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Replacement will be processed only after verification by our quality team.
Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for replacement.
If the same product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided as per company policy.
Only the damaged/defective item will be replaced, not the complete order.
Claims raised after the given time limit or without valid proof will not be accepted.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any replacement request.
